Our team consists of professional counsellors—both Islamic-based and secular—alongside certified Prophetic Medicine therapists. We integrate Islamic theology with modern psychology and psychotherapy to nurture healing of the mind, body, and soul.
We support individuals to overcome life’s challenges through faith-rooted counselling, therapeutic interventions, and spiritual elevation. Our approach emphasizes spiritual elevation, mental awareness, and behavioral reformation. Maryam Gwandu is a holistic wellbeing therapist and transformational coach dedicated to supporting Muslim women through emotional, relational, and financial challenges. With a deep commitment to faith-aligned healing, Maryam integrates therapeutic science with Islamic wisdom to nurture lasting change.
As a Prophetic Medicine and Master Practitioner of NLP, CBT Coach, Mental Health Advocate and First Aider, and holder of a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Maryam provides compassionate, evidence-based, and spiritually grounded care. Her approach honors the whole person — mind, body, and soul — empowering women to reconnect with their fitrah, restore balance, and thrive in their relationships and lives.
